- Are you selling a natural or synthetic gemstone ?
We are only selling a natural gemstone.
- How do you ensure that all the gemstones you are selling is natural and not a synthetic?
Good question. I am a qualified Gemologist, Planetary Gemologist and Crystal Healing Therapist by profession and recognised world-wide. Normally, I will done a certain gemstone testing to confirm the gemstone is natural before I am selling to my customer.
- What are the charges for your consultation?

- If I interested to buy a gemstone from you, are you doing a jewelry setting service?
Yes, normally I will advised my customer to do the jewelry setting here and this is to prevent accidentally exchange of you gemstone from others.
- Are there a lot of peoples getting benefitted from your advised after wearing their suitable gemstone and follow your full practices?

- What is a different if I buy a gemstone from you and not other jewelry store?

Yes, you need to register as a member in MP JEWELS HOUSE for an easier shopping experience with us. You just have to log in as a member the next time you shop with us and your personal and contact details for delivery will be automatically retrieved without having you to provide us again.

- What are the methods of payment available?
Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Credit Card: Visa & MasterCard
Payment using credit card will be via ipay88, a secured online payment gateway. Please note that “Mobile88.com” or “Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd” will be shown on your credit card statement. YOUR COMPANY NAME reserves the right to request for additional information for verification purposes and/or reject any credit card transaction if deemed unfit.
- Online Interbank Transfer
We accept online interbank transfer from most of the major banks including Maybank2u, RHB, Alliance Online, Ambank, Hong Leong, Bank Islam, CIMB Click, EON Bank and Public Bank.
Payment using Online Interbank Transfer will be via ipay88, a secured online payment gateway. Please note that “Mobile88.com” or “Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd” will be shown on your bank statement.
- Cheque, Cash or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Cheque, cash or TT can be should be deposited and made payable to the following bank account:

Please inform us via email at contact @MP JEWELS HOUSE or fax to 604-2634472 once payment has been made. Kindly state the following in your email or fax:
(1) Your order reference number,
(2) Your name and contact number,
(3) Payment amount,
(4) Payment method (Cheque, Cash or TT) and
(5) Date and time of payment.
Alternatively, you could scan, email or fax a copy of the bank-in slip/payment advice to us. Goods will only be delivered upon clearance of the cheque.
We do not accept cash on delivery as delivery is made by courier unless you personally come to collect the good at my shop. Three(3) to five(5) days are given to complete the payment after the confirmation/verification email has been sent. Your order will be automatically cancelled after the said period.
- What is iPay88?
MP JEWELS HOUSE accepts credit card payment and online interbank transfer via iPay88 which is a secured online payment gateway (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) for your transaction during checkout.

- Is it safe to provide my credit card information when making payment?
Not to worry. Your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. MP JEWELS HOUSE does not store any of your credit card information.
- How are the goods delivered to me and what are the charges?
Goods will be delivered to you via courier. The delivery charges will automatically be calculated once you purchase the good.
- How long will it take for the products that I have ordered to reach me?
After you have checkout, we will re-confirm your order within 72 hours either via email or phone. Subject to full receipt of payment, we will proceed with the delivery within 3 working days from the re-confirmation of order. The delivery via courier shall take between 3 to 5 days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and between 5 to 7 days for delivery to East Malaysia. Therefore, in normal circumstances, you should receive your products within a week. - Do you store our personal information?
Yes, we only store your personal information such as name, address, email and phone number so that we can contact you and send you your products. We do not resell your information to any other party.
