Terms & Conditions

This Site is owned and managed by MP JEWELS HOUSE  Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with MP JEWELS HOUSE  in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

 

Prices
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit and are subject to change without notice. 

 

Payment
Payment for orders can be made by credit card, online interbank transfer, cash, cheque or telegraphic transfer (TT). Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.  

 

Delivery
Delivery charges are the responsibility by the customer who purchase the good  and fees commence with a minimum applicable fee and may vary from time to time. MP JEWELS HOUSE  will not dispatch orders to Post Office box addresses.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by MP JEWELS HOUSE.  However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. MP JEWELS HOUSE shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If for any reason MP JEWELS HOUSE is unable to dispatch goods within two week period from date of order, MP JEWELS HOUSE will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, MP JEWELS HOUSE will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of MP JEWELS HOUSE and there will be no refunds. 

 

Return and Refunds
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to MP JEWELS HOUSE within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to contact@ MP JEWELS HOUSE and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, MP JEWELS HOUSE shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate MP JEWELS HOUSE employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to chicco.com.my. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. MP JEWELS HOUSE will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange. MP JEWELS HOUSE will be responsible for the courier charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer. 

 

Warranty
MP JEWELS HOUSE does not manufacture the products which are offered for sale in this website. Thus, MP JEWELS HOUSE does not offer product warranty, but simply extends the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any. If you wish to obtain information regarding the manufacturer's warranty before ordering, please e-mail us at contact@ MP JEWELS HOUSE.
